Abstract：
In this paper, the generate coordinator method (GCM) is applied to study the effect of multipole vibration on M1 transition of 1⁺ states in ²⁰⁸Pb. The calculation shows that coupling between 3^－ collective state and (1p1h) gives much more effect than the coupling effect of 2⁺ state with (1p1h).
