Abstract：
In this paper,some methods of producing local skew quadrupole field in accelerator ring are studied.It can be used to find the suitable positions and strength of skew quadrupole field to remove the coupling between horizontal and vertical oscillations of beam,Taking BEPC as an example,some calculated results are given.
