Abstract：
A new rotational band was identified in the reaction of ²⁸Si+⁹²Mo by means of in-beam 7-ray methods. By carefully analyzing the band intensity and structure properties, the band is considered likely as the h_11/2 proton band of ¹¹⁷Cs.
