Abstract: Stating from 't Hooft's theory in which the black hole is treated as quantum states with high degeneracy with considerations of the quantum effect of the black hole and the Heisenberg uncertainty principle, we find out that the coordinations near horizon are noncommutative. Using the noncommutative field method, we study the non-extreme Reissner-Nordstr\"{o}m macro-black hole, and successfully calculate the black hole entropy and the Hawking temperature. We also predict the number of the dynamical freedom of the field and our quantum horizon model supports the Minimal Super-symmetric Standard Model.
