Abstract: The upgrade project of the Beijing Electron Positron Collider (BEPC)-BEPCⅡ is in its construction stage. We review the physics design of the storage ring of the BEPCⅡ, concluding the main focusing accelerator physics issues. The results of these physics problems are given.
